The Chamber's Board of Directors agreed to enter into a partnership with the Florida Chamber of Commerce, combining forces to strengthen the impact both organizations have on grassroots efforts with the legislature for the purpose of providing a better business climate for member firms. With this agreement in place, most Walton County Chamber business members have a new benefit: the Florida Chamber of Commerce will offer a permanent $200 membership discount in its organization to Walton County Chamber members in good standing with 24 or fewer employees, excluding those businesses with Florida Chamber of Commerce statewide corporate memberships.
