On Saturday, September 4, children of all ages gathered to celebrate the ground breaking of the Seaside Inter-Faith Chapel, a house of worship available to members of all religious faiths. The Chapel will be built in carpenter gothic architectural style with its bell tower as the highest structure in Seaside, measuring 60 feet. Construction is expected to be completed by next summer.

Ambassadors from both the Lake/Bay and Beach areas helped B & B Equipment Rental celebrate their grand opening on September 10 with a ribbon cutting. WZEP was on hand for a live remote and everyone was treated to a barbeque lunch. B & B Equipment Rental is located at 15787 S. US 331 in Freeport.
