Pamela A. Tedesco, Executive Director for the Walton County Chamber of Commerce, is a recent graduate of the Institutes for Organization Management, held August 1-6, 1999 at the University of Delaware in Newark, Delaware.

The Institute program offers innovative, challenging, and leading edge professional development for chamber and association executives. Offered through the US Chamber of Commerce, Institute is uniquely positioned to help chamber and association professionals develop the necessary skills to directly meet the challenges unique to the chamber and association industry, such as increased competition, more demanding members, and tighter resources.

Graduate of the Institute program receive a certificate of management and earn points toward the Certified Chamber Executive (CCE) designation as well as credit toward a Masters degree in not-for-profit management.
