Effective July 1 not only is it personally and professionally rewarding to be a Chamber Ambassador, it pays! The Chamber's Board of Directors approved an incentive program geared at recognizing the outstanding volunteer efforts put forth by our two Ambassador groups by awarding points for different activities undertaken by the Ambassadors.

The points will be tabulated at the end of each quarter and the Ambassador in each group with the highest point total per quarter will be recognized as the "Ambassador of the Quarter." They will receive a prize and recognition by having their photo in the Chamber newsletter with their firm/organization being mentioned and through press releases to local media.

At the end of the program year, all Ambassadors will have their accumulated points tabulated and the individual with the overall highest point total will receive the "Ambassador of the Year Award" to be presented at the Chamber's Annual Meeting and a significant prize.

This year's prize, which will cover results from July 1 - September 30, will be a week-end stay at a resort property, which has been generously contributed by Abbott Resorts.
