The Chamber will begin the process of reviewing its organizational By-Laws this month. In its recent reorganization with the formation of the regional Boards of Directors, it became necessary to review and recommend revisions to the By-Laws to more accurately reflect the new structure of the Chamber.

A committee to undertake this task is being formed and will be led by Dennis Ray of The Little Big Store. Members interested in serving on this committee are encouraged to contact Pam Tedesco at the Chamber (267-0683).

Proposed revisions, once approved by the Board, will be shared with the membership in the September newsletter and will be voted upon at the Chamber's Annual Meeting in October.
