Networking was taken to a new level for the Chamber's May Business After Hours -- sea level! Nearly 100 Chamber members enjoyed a beautiful sunset and delicious refreshments aboard the Emerald Queen Paddle Wheel Boat as it sailed around the Destin Harbor on May 20.

Esther's Encredible Edibles co-sponsored the After Hours providing a wide array of hors d'oeuvres, salads and deserts. Owner Esther Kolko moved to Santa Rosa Beach from Chicago in 1994 to pursue the career she truly loved: operating a catering business with a flair for unusualfoods and artistic presentations. She has done may private parties, weddings, rehearsal dinners, home association parties, art gallery openings, interior designer parties and beach parties ranging in size from 4 - 250. The Emerald Queen is a relatively new addition to Destin Harbor. Rita and Buddy Godwin, owners of the paddle wheel driven boat, brought her here from Nashville, TN last year. After spending a great deal of time in renovations, the captains are proud to offer the Emerald Queen for sightseeing and dinner cruises. The vessel has a 240 passenger capacity and is a great option for private parties and receptions. Reservations can be made by calling 837-2930.
