Chamber President Joyce Szilvasy (CHELCO) shakes hands with Regions Bank President John Gillis to confirm the Chamber's purchase of a tract of land currently owned by the bank. The 175' x 330' parcel at the northeast corner of La Canosa Blvd. and Highway 98 in Santa Rosa Beach will be the future location of the Chamber's Beach area office.

"We're very pleased to be moving forward with the establishment of a permanent location for the Chamber's office servicing our members in the Beach area. This location on Highway 98 will be easily accessible and provide great visibility for the Chamber in South Walton," said Pete Knowles (First American Bank), V.P. of the Beach Area Board of Directors. "We can now begin the process of securing the necessary funds for the land and the construction of the new building."
