The Russell Barley Collection:

Walton County Chamber members, staff, family and friends all joined in a Ribbon Cutting for The Russell Barley Collection. This new business is located in the Santa Rosa Village Shopping Center, 4942 E.Hwy 98, Santa Rosa Beach. (850) 267-1800. Russ has expressed his artistic nature once again with the selection of fine gifts ranging from picture frames to antique furniture. Magnolia Lake:

Ambassadors, Chamber staff, Bruce Naylor of Abbott and Andrews Realty and other staff are pictured with Ken Ellzey of Ellzey Construction Co. Inc. at the Ribbon Cutting for Magnolia Lake Subdivision in DeFuniak Springs. Magnolia Lake is a residential lakefront community located within the city limits of DeFuniak Springs. This development features lakefront and interior lots within walking distance to the elementary school and Walton High School. Amenities include: two lakes for swimming and fishing with a gazebo and a wooded conservation area. All utilities are underground with city water, sewer, gas and street lights. The first phase is now complete with approximately twenty-five per cent of the lots sold in just two months. Lot prices start at $12,900.00. 30-A Realty and Mike Gregg Builders:

A Ribbon Cutting was held for 30-A Realty and Mike Gregg Builders May 10, 1999. A great crowd of friends, relatives, Walton County Chamber of Commerce staff, ambassadors, Board members and local business associates were on hand for the event. Alice Forrester and Mickey Whitaker of 30-A Realty and Mike Gregg and wife Jeanie of Mike Gregg Builders were eager to show everyone their new offices on Sugar Sand Lane (located off of Hwy 30-A behind Angelina's Restaurant). We wish them all the best in their new location.

Airboat Adventures:

A Ribbon Cutting was held on May 10, 1999 for a new chamber member Airboat Adventures, located at the Beach Side of West Bay Bridge on Highway 79, 5 miles from Panama City Beach, Fl. Rod Rosser and Joy have North Florida's newest and only airboat ride. After the ribbon cutting Rod gave a special preview ride through the swamps. It was quite an experience and great fun. South Walton Physical Therapy

The ribbon cutting was held on April 14, 1999 for South Walton Physical Therapy. Owners Jessica and David Monteleone were joined by their Pastor Bill Lackie of Christian International Church, Jessica's mother, Gloria White and Jessica's twin sister, Jennifer Henderson. Others present for the event were family, friends, Walton County Chamber of Commerce staff, ambassadors and business associates. Delchamps Premier

At 8:00 am on Saturday, May 8, 1999 Delchamps Premier had their Grand Re-Opening of the store in the Sandestin area located at 65 Poinciana Blvd. Ron Johnson, Senior President of Operations of Jitney Jungle Stores of America, Local Store Manager Bennie Dalzell and Clint Williams, Senior Vice-President of the Southeast Region were there to cut the ribbon and officially welcome everyone to the newly remodeled store.
